Wellness Community Housing
For students who are interested in engaging in conversations and activities that promote and sustain healthy lifestyles
ÃÛѨÊÓƵ’s Wellness Community uses a holistic definition of wellness, featuring six dimensions on the wellness wheel: emotional, financial, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual. Residents in this community collaborate and practice individual and community wellness focusing on these six dimensions. Our residents develop healthy habits around mindfulness, exercise, substance use, healthy eating and mental health. The Wellness Community fosters resident connections to the body and mind.
Great for students who:
- Want to learn more about the healthy lifestyle(s) of a college student.
- Want to learn more about holistic well-being.
- Want to engage in substance-free living in college.
- Engage in health and wellness activities that support their own self-awareness and positive habit development.
