Damian brings more than 25 years of experience in the sports industry to ÃÛѨÊÓƵ. He has worked with the NCAA, NJCAA, NIKE, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, US Sports Camps, concert promoters, Monster Jam, Boys & Girls Clubs, the YMCA, USA Softball, professional athletes and every major trade show in the Northwest. He has traveled to 14 different countries and has taken students to England, South Africa, Costa Rica, Western Samoa, New Zealand and Australia.
Damian’s specific area of study is sports tourism and held the position of sports tourism development manager with Sport Oregon, the sports tourism commission for the state of Oregon. Damian also owns and operates a Sports Consulting Business, Dravus Sports Group, where he has rebranded two major local sports facilities and has conducted feasibility studies on four local properties.
When he’s not in the classroom, Damian can likely be found playing Pokémon Go with his 10-year-old son or attending sporting events with his family.
