Academic interests

As a former collegiate baseball player, understanding speed and power has always been a research interest of Cisco's. So since graduate school, Cisco merged his passions of athletics with muscle physiology and biomechanics and focused on understanding how to better prepare the neuromuscular system for enhanced human performance. Recently, Cisco has gained a strong interest in data analytics in sports, continually working on athlete profiling through the use of technology, and correlating performance testing numbers with on-field performance for bettering training programs and talent identification.
